Assessment for Learning

I have heard comments when discussing Assessment for learning that we are just teaching to the test. This is one of those things that make me go hummmm, is that supposed to be a positive comment or a negative comment.

Sharing technology with your building?

I am curious as to the plans of other schools for sharing their technology with their building. I have heard discussions of inservice and prior training, but I am curious as to how they are implemented.
